MARIE PALMER HUNSAKER
MALAD, IDAHO – Maria [sic] Palmer Hunsaker, 85, died June 23, at an American Fork hospital of natural causes while visiting a daughter. Born Sept. 12, 1883, Malad, to Joseph and Marie Gardner Palmer. Married Robert Jesse Hunsaker May 1, 1912, Logan LDS Temple; he died May 28, 1964. Lived 70 years of her life in Malad, Idaho; then moved to Wendell, Idaho, where she lived from 1950-1968. Just recently she has been residing with her daughter in American Fork.
Survivors: sons, daughters, Ivan, Wendell; Farren, Arimo; Reed, Olympia, Wash.; Elmer, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Zeph (Mae) Jones, Pocatello; (some info missing here) Edward W. (Lela) Smith, American Fork; 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brothers, Joseph Palmer, Malad; John Palmer, Sacramento, Calif.
Funeral Thursday 1 p.m. Malad Second LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Lindquist and Sons Mortuary, Ogden, Utah, Wednesday 7-9 p.m., chapel Thursday noon to 1 a.m.
Burial, Malad City Cemetery.
