MRS. MABEL THOMAS, 63, DIES AT POCATELLO

A former Malad resident, Mrs. Mabel Louise Thomas, 63, died at her home in Pocatello on Sept. 14, 1977 and funeral services were conducted Saturday at the Henderson Funeral Chapel with the Rev. J. Russell Houston of the Central Christian Church officiating.

Cremation services followed at Ogden, Utah.

Mrs. Thomas was born Dec. 28, 1913 to David D. and Amelia Davis Daniels at Pocatello.

Mrs. Thomas had operated the Medical Arts building coffee shop and the Bannock Memorial Hospital coffee shop. She was a member of the AARP and at the time of her death was a volunteer at the Community Center. She attended the Christian Science Church.

She married Khalil R. Thomas at Santa Ana, CA. Mr. Thomas preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons, Dan Thomas and Khalil K. Thomas; a daughter, Marilyn J. Colson; two brothers, Dave Daniels and Delmar Daniels, all of Pocatello; a sister, Mary B. Thomas, Medford, OR; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
