The prelude and postlude music was provided by Margaret Laws; the invocation by LaVern Colton; vocal duet by Eldon Corbridge and Mollie Corbridge Hyer; obituary by Royal B. Jensen; speaker, Joseph Isaacson, vocal solo by Diane Hartley; speaker, William H. Rutter; vocal solo by Marsha Ward and benediction by J. Guy Gleed.

At the Malad Cemetery, the dedicatory prayer was given by Bishop Hubert Gleed. Flowers were cared for by the Third Ward Relief Society.
