Lenna Thomas Davis (Birth 26 Mar 1913/Death 13 Jan 1986)

MALAD – Lenna Thomas Davis, 72, of 94 South 50 East No. 5, Malad, Idaho, died early Monday morning (13 Jan 1986) at her home of apparent heart failure.

She was born March 26, 1913 in Malad, a daughter of David Price and Mary Pierce Thomas.

She was reared and educated in Malad and was a life time resident of Malad.

She married Joseph A. Davis July 2, 1932 in Farmington, Utah. He died May 15, 1972.

She worked for many years as a clerk for Allen Drug and For Evans Coop Department Store.

She was a member of the LDS Church. Mrs. Davis enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and was an avid fisherman.

She was survived by four sons and five daughters; Joseph Dean, Bountiful; Griff Thomas Davis, Soda Springs; Timothy Fred, Sparks, Nevada; James Pierce, Boise, Idaho; Mrs. Gene (Joan) McHargue, Vancouver, Washington; Mrs. Dick (Isabel) Zundel, Soda Springs, Idaho; Mrs. Frank (Helen) McNabb, Pocatello, Idaho; Mrs. Richard (Janet) Knott, Cyprus, California; Mrs. Lynn (Ann) Schenk, Burley, Idaho; 32 grandchildren; we great grandchildren; two brothers Thomas M. Thomas, Soda Springs, Idaho and Boyd Thomas, Malad; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Deschamps, Murray, Utah; Mrs. Robert (Lucille) Keene, Bountiful, Utah.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 16 at 11:00 a.m. at the Malad LDS Stake Chapel.
