Laveda Dannette Wharton, 31, died Wednesday, September 29, in Elwood of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

She was born January 29, 1962, in Tremonton, a daughter of Nathaniel John and Judy K. Williams Wharton. She married Elbert Steven Gober, November 3, 1992, in Malad, Idaho.

Laveda had lived in San Diego, Ogden, Malad and Tremonton. She was employed at the Tri-Valley Truck Stop in Plymouth.

Surviving are her husband, Steve Gober, one son and one daughter, Andrew Hachmeister and Amber Wharton, all of Tremonton; father and step-mother, Nate and Sally Fisher Wharton; grandmother, Bernice Williams, all of Malad; two brother, Craig Wharton, Pocatello and Michael Wharton, Boise. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judy and brother Denny.
