BLACKFOOT, IDAHO – Josiah Howell Hoskins, 84, died June 24 at 3:15 p.m., in a Blackfoot hospital after a long illness. Born Feb. 14, 1882, Portage, Utah, to Josiah and Charlotte Lish Hoskins. Married Matilda Clark Aug. 23, 1910, Portage. She died Oct. 26, 1961. Employee Union Pacific Railroad. Member LDS Church. Survivors: sons, daughters, Carl s., Jacksonville, Ore., Irvin D., Mrs. Irvin (Grace) Parsons, Mrs. Russell (Verda) Rogers, Kenneth J., James N., Gene, all Blackfoot; Glen C.
