SERVICES HERE FRIDAY FOR JOSEPH W. THOMETZ, AGE 82

Funeral services will be conducted here Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Benson Funeral Home for Joseph W. Thometz, age 82, who died November 17, 1969 at his home in Lewiston, ID, following a heart attack. Burial will be at Malad City Cemetery.

Mr. Thometz was born September 16, 1883 at Stonebury, MO. He married Stella Jones Dec. 13, 1928 at Portland, OR. Surviving are his widow; two brothers and three sisters.

One of the developers of the University of Idaho;’ Extension Service, Mr. Thometz served as a county agent in Bannock and Nez Perce counties.
