John Earl Caldwell

John Earl Caldwell (Birth – May 15, 1911)

Funeral services were held for John Earl Caldwell, Wednesday, February 15, 1984 at 12 noon in the Malad LDS Ward Chapel. Bishop Sheldon Jensen officiated.

Mr. Caldwell was born May 15, 1911 in Malad and passed away February 12, 1984 in Pocatello.

The family prayer was offered by Dee Williams with prelude and postlude music played by Patsy Bybee.

The invocation was given by Rex Jensen.

Kay Caldwell told his life sketch followed by a vocal performed by Helen E. Jones “Beyond the Sunset”. She was accompanied by Patsy Bybee.

Nolan T. Blaisdell was a speaker after which Connie Budge sang “How Great Thou Art” accompanied by Patsy Bybee.

Remarks were offered by Bishop Sheldon Jensen after which Leon Williams gave the benediction.

Concluding rites were in the Malad City Cemetery where Gene Caldwell offered the dedicatory prayer.

Casket bearers were Odel Price, Vernon Jones, Dale Evans, Ted Bowen, Shane Willie and Leslie Willie. The services were attend by many out-of-town relatives and friends.
