Funeral services for James Peter Nielsen, who died Friday of natural causes at his ranch in Holbrook, were held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Malad Fourth Ward LDS chapel with Bishop Earl Billies officiating.
Family prayer was offered by a grandson, Ned Willie. At the chapel, the invocation was offered by Elbert Sweeten and the——————
He was a farmer and a member of the LDS church.
Survivors include his widow of Malad; two sons and two daughters, Harold J. Nielsen, Rupert; Albert C. Nielsen and Mrs. Farrel (Carolyn) Neal, both of Malad and Mrs. Norman (Verda) Wadsworth, Liberty, Utah; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; a brother and three sisters, Charles J. and Mrs. Howard (Cora) Neal, both of Malad; Mrs. Myrtle Peterson and Mrs. Jennie Bennett, both of Bountiful, Utah
