JACKIE COREY JONES

Mrs. Jackie Corey Jones, 37, died at the Oneida Hospital Monday (July 14, 1958) evening of complications following surgery for a liver ailment.

She was born March 13, 1921, at Sweet Grass, Montana, a daughter of Robert C. and Claudia Lane Corey. She was reared and educated at Mott, North Dakota and attended high school at Malad.

She was married to Frayne B. Jones June 21, 1938 at Malad. She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary of Malad, member of the Third Ward Relief Society and a 4-H teacher for several years.

Surviving are her husband; one son, Robert James; three daughters, Edith Lucile, Ellen Marie and Alice Beth Jones, all of Malad; three brothers and one sister: Edgar R. Corey, Mitchell, S.D.; Melvin M. Corey, Bothell, Washington; George S. Corey, Seattle, Washington; Mrs. Earl (Mary) Matthews, Malad.

Services are being held today, Thursday, at 2 p.m. in the Malad Third Ward Chapel with Bishop Hubert Gleed officiating.

Burial will be in the Malad City Cemetery under the direction of the Benson Funeral Home.
