DOWNEY – Izola Morgan Price, 72, Box 85, Downey, died Monday [March 2, 1987] in the Oneida County Hospital.

She was born March 28, 1914 in Malad, to David W. and Leah Davis Morgan. She was reared and educated in Malad and graduated from Malad High School.

She married Earl L. Price December 15, 1934 in Logan, Utah. She lived in Ogden, Utah, American Falls, Preston and for the past 33 years in Downey.

She was a member of the LDS Church where she served as a visiting teacher and Primary teacher.

Her hobbies included corcheting, quiltmaking, and sewing for her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of Downey; one son, L. Dean Price, Pocatello; three daughters, Mrs. Cleon (Dorene) Hone and Mrs. Michael (Kathleen) Austin, both of Boise, and Mrs. Larry (Connie) Bowman, Granger, Indiana; 16 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three brothers, David Morgan, Arimo, Joseph Morgan, Malad, and Orville Morgan, California; and two sisters, Mrs. Delilah Stanger and Miss Viora Morgan, both of Malad. She was preceded in death by one son, Douglas Earl Price.
