IDONNA ROSE

Idonna Rose dies September 24 [1983]

Idonna Rose, 74, died Saturday, September 24, in Boise following an illness. She was a former resident of Lava Hot Springs. She was born to Albert Williams and Susan Hofhine Hall on January 3, 1909 in Blackfoot. She was reared in Lava Hot Springs and was very proud of her heritage. The Hall family was pioneer stock who settled in this area and for many years Lava Hot Springs was known as Hall City.

In 1927 she graduated from Pocatello High School. She married Glenn C. Rose on July 8, 1939 in Great Falls, Montana. Prior to moving to Boise in 1968 they had made their home in Mesa, Arizona.

Survivors include her husband, Boise, two brothers, Terrell Hall, Lava Hot Springs, and Virgil Hall, Pocatello. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Cecil Hansen and Marguerite Hall.

Graveside services were held Monday September 26 at the Lava Hot Springs Cemetery with Bishop Wallace K. Whitehead officiating.
