Hazel Jones Chamberlain (Birth – age 72)

Funeral service was held Tuesday, April 11th at Walnut Creek, California for Hazel Jones Chamberlain, age 72, who died April 9th (1978).

She was born at Malad, a daughter of Amos W. and Margaret Evans Jones. She attended Malad Schools until her Junior year in High School, when she moved to McGill, Nevada with her family. She married H. Lee Chamberlain, who preceeded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters: Mrs. Margaret Asche and Mrs. Nancy Hazelton; seven grandchildren and one brother, Dick Jones, all of Walnut Creek; one sister, Elna Stephenson of Sun City Arizona.
