Funeral services for Harold Rueben Permann of Rockland, who died April 18, 1996 at his residence, will be held April 22 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Rockland Ward, with Bishop Steve May conducting.

Interment will be in the Valley View Cemetery, Rockland.
