OGDEN — Mrs. Hannah Hadley Price, 61, wife of John G. Price Sr. at 1785 Center Avenue, died at an Ogden hospital Monday at 7:10 p.m. of a heart ailment.

Mrs. Price was born in West Weber April 6, 1880, a daughter of Walter and Elizabeth Hunter Hadley. She resided there until her marriage in the Salt Lake LDS Temple to Mr. Price November 23, 1899, when she moved to Ogden, where she had since made her home.

She had been president of the Ogden Tenth LDS Ward Relief Society, a visiting Relief Society teacher, a class teacher in Relief Society, Sunday School and Primary Association of the ward, and an active genealogical worker.

Surviving besides her husband, are the following sons and daughters; John G. Jr., William, Gordon J. and Amiel D. Price, Mrs. Alton W. Parker and Mrs. Leonard A. Wilkinson of Ogden, Walter J. Price of Moscow, Idaho, and Raymond Price of Washington, D. C.; two brothers and a sister, Alonzo Hadley of Kanesville, David H. Hadley and Mrs. Amiel Scherrer of Ogden; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Lindquist and Sons Mortuary.
