GLYNN D. JONES

Logan (25 Apr 1943)—Glynn D. Jones, 32, of 240 North First West street, Logan, died Sunday at 3:30 p.m. of a heart attack while attending a family picnic in Guinavah park in Logan canyon.

Mr. Jones had been climbing a hill and returned to the picnic grounds to tell his family that he felt ill, then collapsed. A Logan-Cache fire department ambulance and resuscitator were rushed to the scene, but Mr. Jones was pronounced dead upon his arrival at Cache Valley General hospital.

Well known in Logan, where he has been associated with his father in a dairy business since 1930, he was born in Malad, Idaho, January 7, 1911, a son of Thomas J. and Rosa B. May Jones. The family moved to Logan 13 years ago.

Survivors, besides his parents of Logan, include a brother, Police Officer John Ray Jones of Logan, and a sister, Mrs. Vivian Miller of Salt Lake City.
