FUNERAL SERVICES FOR FORMER MALAD MAN

Funeral services for Gerald Parry, 44, Salt Lake City, and a former Malad man, will be held Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at Wilson LDS Ward, (1860 So. 3rd East) Salt Lake City.

Mr. Parry, son of Joseph and Margaret Parry, was born in Malad [5 Jul 1912]and died at 1 a.m. Wednesday, October 3,[1956] at the Veterans hospital in Salt Lake of bulbar polio. His brother, Omer Morgan Parry, died August 2, two months ago.

Survivors include his widow [Elizabeth Ora Phelps] and three children, his parents, two brothers, Marcus and Grant Parry, one sister, Margaret Kirkpatrick, Salt Lake City. His uncles and aunts, Mr. and Mrs. Thos. D. Evans and Mr. and Mrs. Dan J. Thomas, went to Salt Lake Wednesday after receiving the notice of his death.
