George Olaf Daley (Birth 25 Jan 1936/Death 6 Jan 1991)

George Olof Daley, 54, formerly of Snowville, died Sunday, January 6, 1991, in Portland, Oregon, of lung and heart disease.

He was born January 25, 1936, in Tremonton, a son of Alfred Lewis and Trulba Steed Daley.

He married Betty Lou Baker in 1959. They were divorced in 1984. He married Lois Berkey December 30,1989, in Van¬couver, Washington.

He was reared and educated in Stone, Idaho; Snowville, and Tremonton, at¬tending Bear River High School where he played football. He had lived in Bat¬tleground, Washington; El Monte, California; San Jose, California, and created a nuts and bolts sales, Antec Sales Company in San Jose, California and Washington.

He was a member of the LDS Church and had served as Priesthood Quorum secretary.

He is survived by his wife of Milwaukie (Milwaukee), Oregon, and his former wife, Betty Lou Townsend, San Jose, California; two sons and two daughters: David Daley, Santa Rosa, California; Daniel Daley, Murray; Debbie Daley and DeAnna Daley, San Jose, California; one granddaughter, one brother, Alfred LaVoy Daley, Sebastopol, California; one step-sister, Reva McCoy, San Bruno, California.

Funeral services were held Saturday, January 19 in the Curlew Ward Chapel. Interment was in the Snowville Cemetery with military honors being accorded.
