EVANS, EVA E. BRIGGS, March 27, 1908 – April 30, 1981

Eva E. Briggs Evans died April 20, 1981 at her home in South Gate, CA. She was 73.

Eva was the daughter of Geo. Ulmer and Sylvia E. Briggs. She was a former resident of Malad and spent her younger years at Pocatello Valley until her marriage. She was born March 27, 1908 at portage, UT. She was a lifetime member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She is survived by two daughters, Delores Osgood, Irvine, CA and Melba Rios, Bellflower, CA; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Two brothers and two sisters: Mrs. Rex (Ella) Christofferson, Pocatello, ID; Mrs. Delmar (Beatrice) Clark, Howard Briggs, Malad, ID; Ray Briggs, Burley, ID.

Funeral services were held April 24, 1981 at Maywood, CA, officiated by Bishop Richard Cass. Interment at Park Lawn Memorial Park.

Mr. and Mrs. Rex Christofferson, Howard Briggs, Mrs. Beatrice Clark and Sylvia Chapple left Thursday for Bellflower and attended services Friday. They returned home Sunday evening.
