Funeral services were held March 14 for Esther Tennington, 74, in the Sierra Chapel at the Walton Funeral Home in Reno, NV. She died March 10, 1978 at Reno.

Mrs. Tennington was born June 16, 1904 at Samaria, Idaho, a daughter of Thomas S. and Ann Morse Davis. She attended schools at Samaria and Pleasantview and classes at the Agriculture College at Logan.

She married Robert Lee Tennington in Los Angeles on February 14, 1930. He died March 8, 1977. She had worked in the Los Angeles area as an admission secretary at a local hospital and in 1972 moved to “Reno. She was a member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include a brother, Walter M. Davis, Pleasantview, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service was under the direction of Don L. Garfield, former Tremonton resident, now living at Reno and concluding rites were held at the Mountain View Cemetery, Reno.
