Anne Arthel Williams Tenhaeff, 88, passed away December 7, 2000.

Born Oct. 14, 1912 in Malad, ID. She was the eldest of 11 children born to Robert E and Annie C. Williams. She married Ralph W. Tenhaeff Oct. 17, 1955. He passed away Sept. 15, 1984.

Anne attended grade school in Malad and graduated from Malad High School in 1931. She moved to Salt Lake City in 1934 where she continued her education at the County Hospital and the University of Utah. She was a member of a business sorority and served as president for several years. She served on the four state convention of Grand Canyon. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Anne worked in the medical profession for over 35 years for Salt Lake Clinic and Dr. Paul Milligan. She had a strong work ethic and always strived to achieve her goals. She was devoted to her family. She had a kind and generous heart and was an inspiration to us all.

She is survived by three brothers, Robert E. (Fay) Williams, Jerome, ID, Ed Williams, Don (Juanita) Williams, Malad, ID; and two sisters, Ella Mae (Ted) Loff, Blackfoot, ID, Joyce Scott, Ogden, UT; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and five brothers, Errol, Leon, Clyde, Ray, and Gene Williams.

Services will be held Monday Dec. 11, 2000, 11 a.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, where friends and family may call one hour prior to the service. Interment Malad City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers a donation to a homeless shelter is suggested.
