Elliot Kenneth Robbins

NORTH OGDEN — Elliot Kenneth Robbins, 82, passed away Tuesday Dec. 22, 1992, at a local hospital.

He was born Jan. 21, 1910, in Stone, Idaho, to Hulbert (Bert) Brass and Mary Ellen -Catherine Jackson Robbins.

On Aug. 4, 1937, he married Athleen Bateman in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

He was an active member of the Ben Lomond 4th LDS Ward. He had been active in the scouting program for over 30 years. He had served as High Priest group leader, home teacher, building superintendent of North Ogden Stake, drama director, and numerous other church positions.

He had also been a member of the Five Points Lions club.

He is survived by his wife of North Ogden; four sons, LeRoy Robbins, Coplas Beach, Wash.; H. Blaine Robbins, Layton; Kenneth L. Robbins, Clearfield; Paul D. Robbins, Roy; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mildred Hess, Malad, Idaho; Mrs. Arnold (Amy) North, Ogden.

He was preceded in death by one daughter Francis Yearsley.

Funeral services will be held Monday Dec. 28, at 11 a.m. at the Ben Lomond 4th LDS Ward Chapel, 1150 E. 2600 N., N. Ogden with Bishop Brent Heap officiating. Friends may call Sunday, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Myers Mortuary, 845 Wash. Blvd., and Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the ward chapel.
Interment Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
