Earl F. Lusk


Earl F. Lusk, 77, of Boise, passed away peacefully, Friday, July 22, at the Idaho State Veteran’s Home. A memorial service took place at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at Alden-Waggoner Funeral Chapel.

Earl was born on March 13, 1928 in Malad, Idaho to Earl and Ada (Thomas) Lusk. He attended school in Malad and Pocatello, Idaho, as well s Los Angeles and Long Beach, California. Earl married Marylin (Anderson) Lusk on August 16, 1952, in Elko, Nevada. Earl lived in Malad, Idaho, Franklin, Indiana, Los Angeles, California, and Boise, Idaho. He was employed by Los Angeles County for 25 years and worked for the state of Idaho for 17 years.

Ear’s hobbies included running and aerobics. His special interests were his granddaughters Jennifer and Danielle Lusk, his dogs and the YMCA.

Earl is survived by his wife, Marylin; his son, Jeff Lusk and his wife Susan; granddaughters, Jennifer and Danielle Lusk, all of Boise; and his sister Ada Gibbs of Malad.

The family wishes to thank the staff at the Idaho State Veteran’s Home for the love and compassion they gave to Earl.
