Donna Waldron Lewis passed away on Friday, Jan. 16, 2009 in Salt Lake City. She was born July 8, 1932, in Malad, Idaho, to Lewis R. and Emma Price Waldron. She was raised in Samaria, Idaho. She graduated from Malad High School. She married Jack Lewis on Nov. 19, 1950. Jack and Donna are the parents of three daughters. Jackie (Bill) Levitan of Kensington, Md.; Marlene Lewis and Bonnie Lewis of Salt Lake City; two sons, Kyle (Tiffany) Lewis of Salt Lake City and Blane (Brenda) Lewis of Tooele.

Donna enjoyed bowling, camping, water skiing, snowmobiling, travel, quilting, canning and baking. She is survived by her husband, children, 10 grandchildren (Aimee, Brian, Kristin, Denise, Michael, Timothy, Greg, Travis, Allix, Nichole), 3 great-grandchildren (Abbeigh, Xevan, Keldan). She is also survived by her siblings: EmoLou Parry, Joy Neese, Cherrill Anderson, Rex Waldron, Ruth Swenson, and Ralene Russell.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Stanley Lewis. As per her request there was no funeral. A family remembrance was held following her death.
