Donald A. Noble, age 90, died Sunday, Mar. 28 at a Salt Lake City nursing home following a long illness.
He was born Mar. 14, 1886 in Glasgow, Scotland, a son of Donald and Isabel Henderson Noble Sr.
In June of 1908 he married Margaret Jones in Malad. She died here in 1962.
Mr. Noble was a self-employed farmer and carpenter, living in Malad for 70 years. Six months ago he moved to Salt Lake.
He was a member of the St. John LDS Ward.
Surviving are one son and three daughters: Don Noble Jr., McCammon; Mrs. Glen A. (Margaret) Morgan, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ivan (Isabel) Hunsaker, Wendell, Idaho; and Mrs. Jack J. (Katherine) Walker, Overland Park, Kan.; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; three half sisters: Mrs. Jessie Lusk, Pocatello, Mrs. May Afton, Lindon, Ut.; and Mrs. Aileen Mills, Salt Lake City.
Funeral service was Wednesday at the St. John Ward Chapel with Bishop Gene Edwards officiating.
