Our father, grandfather and great-grandfather, DeVerl J. Evans, passed away September 12, 2019.

He was born in Malad, Idaho to Ernest A. Evans and Bertha Viola Jenkins Evans on April 19, 1943. He graduated from Malad High School in 1961 and married his sweetheart, Jennie Lee Corson of Downey, Idaho on July 14, 1961.

They moved to Pocatello, Idaho and raised their three children, Verl De, Brenda and Shawna. His darling wife, Jennie, passed away in 2015 and he has longed to join her these past four years.

DeVerl was known for his honesty, his integrity and his devotion to his family.

He is survived by his three children: Verl De Evans, Pocatello, Idaho; Brenda Evans, Pocatello, Idaho; Shawna Evans Avila, Suwanee, Georgia; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sister, Marilyn Evans Brown, Malad, Idaho, and brother, Ernest Roy Evans, Kalispell, Montana.
