Funeral Services Held for Infant Wednesday

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Samaria Ward for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. William Atkinson, who died Monday (6 Oct 1952) at the Oneida hospital.

Dee Marvin Atkinson was born September 29th at Malad.

Surviving are his parents and the following sisters and brothers: Wilma, Doris, Ann, Helen Farlie, Hannah Gay and Spencer and two grandmothers, Mrs. Hannah E. Atkinson and Mrs. Farlie Jones.

Bishop Carl Evans presided at the services and gave remarks; Wm. Howard offered the prayer at the home; D. M. Williams, invocation; Andrew Atkinson, benediction. Dr. Thos. W. Richards was the speaker. The musical numbers consisted of a solo, VaLois Waldron, accompanied by Ivy Jean Atkinson and vocal solo, Mrs. Leora Brown, accompanied by Iris Barker. John Roderick dedicated the grave.
