Dawna Mae Denton Scheinost, 45, 618 W. Clark, died Wednesday at her home.

She was born February 22, 1938, in Marsh Creek, to William R. and Neva Parris Denton and was reared in Pocatello, Arimo, and McCammon.

She married Clarence Frasure in Elko, Nevada and they later divorced. She and Calvin Scheinost were married in Pocatello.

She lived in Burley for about six years, where she was employed by Simplot, returning to Pocatello four months ago.

She was a member of the LDS Church. She enjoyed oil painting, crocheting, and music and played the banjo and guitar.

Survivors include her husband, Pocatello; two sons, Douglas Frasure with the U.S. Navy; Todd Frasure, Pocatello; a daughter, Teresa Frasure, Pocatello; a brother, Larry Denton, Anchorage, alaska[Alaska]; four sisters, Mrs. Walter (Patricia) Grainbow and Mrs. Ted (Gayle) Lambrose, both of Kaysville, Utah; Jennie Perkins, Burley; Trudy Reed, Honolulu, Hawaii; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter and a grandson.
