DAVID HENRY JONES

Funeral services for David Henry Jones, 66, of St. John, who died in Malad Monday afternoon of a heart attack are being held at the stake tabernacle this afternoon. Mr. Jones died while at a doctor’s office having some teeth extracted.

Mr. Jones, son of Henry and Katherine Pierce Jones, was born in Willard, Utah, Sept. 23, 1876. He came to St. John with his parents in early childhood and has been a resident of Malad valley since that time. He was married to Margaret R. Davis in September 1898 and for the past 25 years he has been secretary of the St. John Irrigating company.

Mr. Jones is survived by his widow, two sons, Henry D. and David Harold, one daughter, Mrs. Mary Jones Thomas, four sisters, Mrs. Rachel Ann Davis, Mrs. Margaret Noble, Mrs. Mae Harris and Mrs. Rosalie Slatter.
