CLEM DAVIS (Birth 25 Mar 1907/Death 07 Feb 1983)

MALAD — Clem Davis, 75, El Verano, Calif., former Malad resident, died Monday (07 Feb 1983) at El Verano.

He was born March 25, 1907, at Malad to Clement and Tillie Adams Davis. He was raised and educated in Malad, graduating from Malad High School. He married Venice Swenson and their marriage was later solemnized in the Oakland LDS Temple.

They moved to California in 1963 where Mr. Davis was involved in construction.

He was an active member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include his wife, El Verano, Calif ; two daughters, Mrs. Roy (Lawana) Pacini, and Mrs. Robert (Connie) Marsh, both of Redwood City, Calif.; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, Therell Davis and Odell Davis, both of 1 California; Carmen Davis, Hollywood, Calif.; and Mrs. Artella Peterson, San Francisco, Calif.

Graveside services will be held Friday at 11 am at the Malad City Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 7-9 p.m. at the Benson Horsley Funeral Home in Malad and prior to services on Friday.

Clem Davis of Elverano, California passed away on Monday, February 7. He will be brought here for burial.
