GARDNER, BRYAN C., (?) – February 4, 1955
Funeral services were held at the Malad Second Ward Chapel for Bryan C. Gardner who was drowned February 4 near Acapulco, Mexico. The services consisted of remarks, Rev. Jack Dewey of the Malad Presbyterian Church and Bishop A.G. Willie of the Malad Second Ward; obituary, L.G. Tapper, Jr.; vocal solo, Mrs. Edward L. Scott, accompanied by Mrs. Keith Evans; prelude and postlude music, Mrs. Joe Laws.
Graveside services were conducted by the American Legion, Ernest W. Jones Post 65, under the direction of Commander Gordon Reynolds and Elmer Taylor. Interment was in the malad City Cemetery under the direction of the Benson Funeral Home.
Those from out of town attending were: Miss May Gardner, San Francisco; Bud Neal, Rex Howard, David H. Jones, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Marlin Boothe and son, Bridge, ID; Mr. and Mrs. Mont Deschamps, Ogden.
