Alan Thomas Keele

It is with love and sadness that the family of Alan Thomas Keele announces his passing on Sunday, June 10, 2018, at the age of 41.

Alan was born on April 19, 1977, in Soda Springs, Idaho to Thayne and Marie Keele. Alan spent most of his childhood in Grace and Malad, Idaho. He graduated from Malad High School in 1995. Alan fostered lifelong friendships in Grace and Malad. During this time he gained a passion for music that brought him happiness throughout his life. Alan went on to serve a mission in the Spain Las Palmas Mission where he loved the people and developed a love for the Spanish language.

Upon returning from his mission, Alan began attending college at Idaho State University and after many years of hard work, Alan graduated from Idaho State University as a Doctor of Pharmacy. During his early years at Idaho State, Alan met his eternal sweetheart, Kimberly Parkinson. It was in Pocatello, Idaho that Alan and Kimberly began to build their lives together.

Alan and Kimberly married in Grace, Idaho in 2000. They were later sealed in the Brigham City Temple in 2013. They moved into their forever home in Clinton, Utah in 2007. Alan and Kimberly’s family grew to include four beautiful children: Caden (15), Cole (13), Bryce (9), and Hadlee (6). Alan was a devoted father. Nothing brought Alan more happiness than time spent with his children.

Alan excelled at his career as a pharmacist. He had a deep sense of care for his patients and fellow pharmacists. He was loved by all that came to visit his pharmacies.

Alan had a passion for BYU football that brought joy and frustration to his life every fall. Many years he had season tickets and cultivated this passion in his sons. Spending time with his sons watching football was everything to him.

Alan will be remembered for his love, respect, and compassion for others. He was always tenderhearted with a desire to make others happy. He had a contagious laugh and bright smile that we will miss everyday!

Until we meet again, love you more. Te amo mi amor.

Along with his wife Kimberly and children, Alan is survived by his parents Thayne & Marie Keele and siblings Jeff & Elizabeth Keele, Ric & Jennifer Keele, Collette Keele & Dana Feyerherm, Colleen & Mike Jacobson, Brent & Shanna Keele, and David & Keri Keele, in-laws Bill & Donna Parkinson, Lindee & Shawn Williams, Clayton & Lizzie Parkinson, and Ashlee & Jordon Bostwick.
