Memorial services for Jon Scott Thomas, 43, were held September 22, 2001, at the American Legion in Blackfoot, Idaho, with his brothers officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Caring Cremation Service in San Diego, California.
Jon passed away in San Diego September 8.
He was born December 20, 1957, in Twin Falls, Idaho, to Robert G. and Karoline (Schiewe) Thomas. Jon grew up in Idaho and graduated from Blackfoot High School.
Survivors include his father, of Blackfoot; four brothers: Bob, of Pocatello; Jim, of Blackfoot; Jeff, of Rockland; and Brad, of Sheridan, Wyoming; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
His mother, Karoline, and brother, Ricky, preceded Jon in death.
