
Sarah Zundel Clark (Birth – June 18, 1893)
Bishop Darrell Swartz officiated at services Tuesday afternoon in the Malad LDS 4th Ward Chapel for Mrs. Sarah Zundel Clark, 82, who died Friday (30 January 1976) at the Oneida Hospital.
Mrs. Clark was born June 18, 1893 at Woodruff, Idaho, a daughter of Isaac D. and Julia Bell Hall Zundel.
She was married to Hugh L. Clark in the LDS Salt Lake City Temple. He died Dec. 20, 1971.
Reared and educated at Woodruff, Mrs. Clark was active in the LDS Church, having served as a Ward Primary president and was a Relief Society visiting teacher for 35 years.
Surviving are one son and eight daughters, Woodrow W. Clark of Portage, Utah; Alta Clark and Mrs. Farrell (Thelma) Daniels, both of Malad; Mrs. June Murray of Caldwell, Idaho; Mrs. Dale (Helen) Reese of Las Vegas, Nev.; Mrs. Neal (Beth) Hawks of Ogden; Mrs. Glen (Larene) Vaughan of Los Angeles, Calif.; and Mrs. Don (Lorraine) Clabby and Mrs. David (Anne) Peterson, both of Salt Lake City; 40 grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters, Mrs. Ernest (Jane) Williams of Malad; Mrs. Verga Jones of Kerns; Mrs. Gladys Barnes and Dwight Zundel, both of Pocatello; William S. Zundel of Sparks, Nev.; and Aften Zundel of Oswego, Ore.
Burial was in the Malad City Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were made by the Benson Funeral Home.
