Katy Ann Lewis

Honeyville – Katy Ann Lewis, 15, died Saturday, June 27, 1992 in the Brigham City Community Hos¬pital of an asthma -attack.

She was born March 4, 1977, in Brigham City, a daughter of Terry Watson and Linda Rae Peterson Lewis.

She was reared and educated in Fielding, Tremonton, Garland, and Honeyville and was a student at Bear River High School.

She was a member of the LDS Church and enjoyed helping her Grandma Rae in the ward library.
Surviving are her parents, Terry and Norma Jean Lewis, Roy; Linda Peterson and Wayne Oaki, Honeyville; grandparents, Pat and Rae Peterson, Fielding; Clarice Lewis and Woodrow Peterson, Malad; great-grandfather, Wesley J. Garn, Fielding; one brother, Scot Terry and wife Teri Lewis, Field¬ing; three sisters, Gina Lyn Lewis, Honeville, Ashley Lewis and Angie Eames, Roy; niece, Laci Rae Lewis, Honeyville. She was preceded in death by one sister, Lori Rae Lewis.
Funeral services were held Tues¬day in the Fielding Stake Center. Burial was in the Fielding Cem¬etery.
