Dorothy S. Grubb, 87, mother of John Grubb, died Tuesday, February 8, 1994, in the Oneida County Long Term Care Facility.

She was born April 15, 1906, in Waverly, Washington, a daughter of Peter and Chalista Sutliff Schwartz.

She married George A. Grubb in 1924, and he died in 1969. They had lived in Swan Valley, Idaho, for several years. The past ten years she had lived in Malad.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and The Order of Eastern Star.

She is survived by two sons and their spouses, John and Shirley Grubb of Malad; Merrill and Carol Grubb of Klamoth Falls, Oregon; one daughter and her spouse, Belle and Francis Beam of Swan Valley; 11 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held in the Fielding Memorial Cemetery in Idaho Falls on Saturday, February 12, under the direction of the Benson-Horsley Funeral Home.
