FLINT, NAOMI WEST, April 12, 1902 – May 29, 1969
Graveside rites were conducted at Malad City Cemetery Monday for Mrs. Naomi West Flint, age 67, who died May 29, 1969 at Brigham City of natural causes. Mrs. Flint was a former Malad resident.
She was born April 12, 1902 at Fantanet, IA to George and Lena Johnson West. She was married to Richard A. Flint on June 16, 1925. He died in 1960. The family lived in Malad for many years, moving to Brigham City about 16 years ago.
Surviving are sons and daughters, Mrs. Francis (Nadel) Witt, William, Margo, Mrs. Leland (Nancy) Goss, Brigham City; Richard, Summerland, CA; Mrs. L.W. (Shirley) Flenner, Portland, OR; Gerald, Seattle; Mrs. Ralph (Beverly) Wilson, Edmonds, WA; Mrs. Sam (Beth) Waldron, Beal AFB, CA; 29 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; six brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Flint was a member and elder in the United Presbyterian Church and a member of the Rebeckah Lodge.
Funeral service was conducted by the Rev. C. Kuipers of Brigham City. Casket bearers were grandsons, Boyce Flint, VarC Flint, Leland R. Goss, Ralph Wilson, Francis Witt and William Witt.
