EVANS, MARGARET PRICE

Mrs. Margaret Evans, 54, well known Malad woman died at her home June 2, 1938 following an illness of several weeks. Mrs. Evans has always lived in Malad valley and is mourned by a host of friends and relatives here.

Margaret Evans was born November 15, 1883 in Malad, the daughter of Wm. R. and Margaret Price Evans. She married David R. Evans on April 9, 1902 and they became the parents of six children, four of whom survive.

They made their home in the Devil Creek district where Mr. Evans operates a fine farm.

Surviving are her husband and four sons, David E., William E., Darhl E., and Eldon E. her mother, Mrs. W.R. Evans, four sisters, Mrs. Tal Reynolds, Mrs. Henry Jones, Mrs. E.N. Crowther and Miss Annie Evans, also four grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Stake Tabernacle.
