ZINA HURD SIMPER, OF SNOWVILLE, DEAD

BRIGHAM CITY, Jan 6-Zina Mary Hurd Simper, 21, recently of Snowville, died at a local hospital Thursday evening following child birth.

Mrs. Simper was born December 8, 1917, at Stone, Idaho, a daughter of Horton and Edith Vanderhoof Hurd.

        Married In Ogden

She was reared and educated at Snowville and married Jay Simper April 6, 1938 in Ogden. The couple then made their home in Brigham City. She was a member of the L. D. S. church.

She is survived by her husband, an infant daughter, her parents, and the following brothers and sisters who reside at Snowville: Mildred, Joseph, Lucille, Bernice, Lamoine and Joice, also a grandmother, Mrs. Lerona Vanderhoof of Snowville.

        Funeral Sunday

Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday at one p. m. in the Snowville L. D. S. ward chapel.

Bishop D. G. Nelson will officiate. Friends may call at the home of E. D. Simper, 513 South Third West street, Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday morning at the home of the parents in Snowville.
