William Price Jr.

William Price Jr., 66, 1780 Fourth East Street, died yesterday at 12:30 a.m. at his home of a heart ailment. He had been ill for several weeks.

Mr. Price was born April 20, 1874 at Rockport, Weber County, Utah, a son of William and Mary Ann Jane Price. He was a former brick mason.

Surviving are his widow Mrs. Fannie Elizabeth Conley Price; two sons, William A. and Chester L. Price of Salt Lake; four daughters, Mrs. Vaughn L. Jones of Salt Lake, Mrs. R. Elwood Crane of Glendale, Calif.; Mrs. Frank Knowles of North Hollywood, Calif.; and Mrs. Leonard L. Jones of Burbank, Calif.; a brother, Parley P. Price of Blackfoot, Ida,; a half brother, William G. Williams of Salt Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Morris and Mrs. Mary P. Groesbeck of Salt Lake, and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Belvedere Ward Chapel, Sixth East and Downington Avnue, by Bishop N. J. Teerlink. Burial will be in Salt Lake City Cemetery.
