WAYNE L. BERTRAM

MALAD, Idaho Wayne Leslie Bertram, 69, of Pleasantview, Idaho died Sunday, Jan. 27, 1985, at his home of cancer.

He was born February 16, 1915 in San Antonio, Texas, to Claude and Maybelle Bertram.

He received his schooling in Texas and California, where the family moved when he was a small boy.

He married Delta Evans, Malad on February 16, 1935. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in three weeks.

He owned his own business in Rosemead, California before moving to Malad to retire in 1980. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping, gardening, photography and collecting guns.

Mr. Bertram is survived by his wife; one brother, Max Bertram of Ualinda, California, one sister, Viva of Van Nuys, California. A brother-in-law, Donald Hughes, of Malad. And many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.

The viewing will be Wednesday evening, January 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. At the Benson Horsley Funeral Home and Thursday morning prior to the services.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Thursday, January 31 at the Benson Horsley Funeral.
