FRY, VIOLET MARIE, February 18, 1896 – June 11, 1986

OGDEN, UT – Mrs. Violet Marie H. Fry, 90, of Ogden, died June 11, 1986 at an Ogden Nursing Home of causes incident to age. She was born February 18, 1896 in Horton, West Virginia, a daughter of John Edward and Margaret Berg Hedstrom. She married William J. Fry, June 3, 1919 in Malad, Idaho. He died June 26, 1971.

She was reared in Horton, West Virginia and Malad, Idaho, moving to the Ogden area in 1947. She later lived in Yucaipa, California returning to Ogden in 1977. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are three sons and two daughters, Cecil Fry of Ogden, Jack Fry, Richfield, UT, Alfred Fry, Idaho Falls, ID. Mrs. Harold (Evelyn) Jones of Yucaipa, CA and Mrs. Betty Evans, Hemet, CA; 21 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services held Monday at Weaver Mortuary in Beaumont, CA. Interment, Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Riverside County, California.
