Verla lone Madsen Frazier

HUNTSVILLE – Verla lone Madsen Frazier, 83, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2001, of causes incident to cancer.
Verla was born March 26, 1918, in Dubois, Idaho, to Peter Lavern and Jennie Briggs Madsen.
She married Elmer Frank Frazier June 14, 1938, in Rigby, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
Verla served in many church and community organizations where her gift of common sense was appreciated by all. Those who knew her, young and old, always felt important in her presence. Her legacy is “unconditional love.” Her lasting advice is “stay on your side of the road.”
Surviving are her husband of Huntsville; two sons: Brent (Carol) Frazier, Farmington; Stephen (Elaine) Frazier, Bountiful; three daughters: Brenda (Danny) Richardson, Malad, Idaho; Darla (Dennis) Hancock, Mtn. Green; Kristen (Scott) Harbertson, Farmington; 24 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Verla is also survived by one sister, Barbara Sharp, Midvale.
Preceding her in death were her parents, seven brothers and sisters, and an infant son, Vernell, who lived 15 hours.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Huntsville 2nd Ward Chapel, 277 South 7400 East.
Friends may call at the Ward Chapel on Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to services.
Interment, Huntsville Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Humanitarian Fund.
