THOMAS BRANDON SCOTT

Thomas Brandon Scott, 34, passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2005 in Riverton, Utah. He was born December 16, 1970 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Tom and Debra Atkinson Scott.

He attended Edgemont Elementary, Eastmont Middle, and Jordan High School. Brandon had many trials and tests throughout his life. He worked as a welder for Ornamental Iron in Draper, Utah and for his Uncle Bryan and Grandpa Khalil Scott in Pleasantview.

Brandon was very talented at sports as a young man. He played baseball where he excelled. His true love, however, was fishing and hunting. He loved to fish the streams and loved to hunt pheasants with his brother Chase. He had a great love for his dogs and loved to spend time with them.

Another great love in his life were his nieces and nephews. He loved them with all his heart and they, in turn, loved him. Brandon lived in Malad for a couple of years which he truly loved, but because of health problems had to return home.

The night Brandon died he was staying at his brother Dustin’s house, so they could go fishing the next day. Brandon kept many of his friends he had in high school. He loved to spend time with them. We will miss him but what a reunion he must be having in heaven with his brother, Seth. Good-bye Brandon, until we meet again!

Brandon is survived by his parents; brother; Dustin (Lori) Scott, Riverton, and Chase, currently serving a mission in Guadalajara, Mexico; sisters: Nicole, and Kassie (Deon) Bunker, Evanston, Wyoming; grandparents, Khalil (Patsy) Scott, Monte (LaJuana) Thomas, Keith (Carolyn) Atkinson, all of Malad; nieces and nephews: Bailey, Brenden, Mackenzie, Elijah, Kaylee, Celeste, Tyler and Cameron.

He was preceded in death by his brother Seth, Uncle Tim Scott, and great-grandparents Thomas, Scott and Price.

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 29 at the Park Ward in Sandy, Utah. Interment was in the Pleasantview Cemetery in Malad, Idaho.
