Passed away July 24, 2011, peacefully in her home in Brigham City, UT
Mom was born on Sept 13, 1932, in Malad, ID to Josiah and Beatrice Price. She was a graduate of Malad High School. After high school, she married George Fry in Malad. They moved to Washington Terrace, UT until all their children were married. They then returned to Malad for the next 15 years and finally moving to Brigham City, UT in 2006. Dad passed away on May 8, 2007. They had four children, Patty (Rick) Hincks, Mike (Dannette) Fry, Terry (Roslyn), and Sherri (Dave) Nelson.
She is survived by all of her children, 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by her brother Marion (Roberta) Price, sister-in-laws Fern VanWey, Elda Mae Price, Dorothy King, Betty Price, Arlene Hambling and Hope Price. She was preceded in death by her husband, one grandson and ten brothers and sisters.
Mom’s greatest joy was her family. She enjoyed working in the garden with her rose bushes. She loved to cross stitch and tatting and made many beautiful gifts for her family to remember her by. Mom was a member of the LDS Church and served in many callings.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011, at the Malad LDS 3rd Ward Chapel, 200 W. 400 N. Malad, ID at 12:00 noon. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday evening July 28, from 6:00-8:00 p.m at the Horsley Funeral Home, 132 W. 300 N. and again at the funeral home, Friday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m. prior to the service.
