Rosilla Dalton Facer

FACER, ROSILLA DALTON, December 23, 1875 – November 25, 1948

Mrs. Rosilla Dalton Facer, 73, died at her home Tuesday, November 25, 1948. She was born in Willard, UT, Dec. 23, 1875. She was married to James Alma Facer November 20, 1895 in the Logan Temple.

They lived in Willard for two years, then moved to Malad in April of 1898. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served as president of the Primary and was a teacher in the Relief Society.

She was the mother of 14 children, 13 of whom survive. She is survived by her husband and the following sons and daughters: Glen and Howard Facer, Mrs. Melba Lewis and Mrs. Thelma Josephson, all of Salt Lake City; June Bell, Anaconda, MT; Keith Facer, Pocatello, ID; Evan Facer, McCord Field, WA; and Willard, Raymond and Francis Facer and Mrs. Mabel Clark and Mrs. Mary Neilson, Malad. Two brothers and two sisters: Gene Dalton, Downey, ID and George Dalaton, Pocatello, ID; Mrs. Irene Woolslayer of North Bend, WA; and Mrs. Mary Madison of Malad; 41 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services were scheduled to be conducted Friday in the Malad Second Ward chapel.
