Rebecca Sue Ann Carter
March 25, 1981 – April 9, 2022

Rebecca Sue Ann Carter, 41 of Pocatello, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2022 in Pocatello, Idaho. Her mission in life was not always easy as she suffered in life with mental health and other ailments. We find peace in knowing that she is at rest and will be whole again.

Becky was born on March 25th, 1981 to Susan McGonigal and George Stephen Carter, in Pocatello Idaho. She attended school in Pocatello and was considered a very bright student. She received many academic achievements and excelled in school. Becky had a love for animals and nature and was a bit of a free spirit. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed photography as well. She had a beautiful voice and loved to sing and listen to music.

Becky loved fiercely and tried her hardest to live life to the fullest. Her smile was infectious and could light up a room. Becky had seven beautiful children in this earthly life. She loved her children immensely and really desired to be their mother. She was grateful for the wonderful families that have helped raise her children as their own.

We are saddened that her life ended at such a young age but find peace knowing she was embraced by her mother and grandmother as well as her other family members in Heaven.

Becky is preceded in death by her mother, Susan McGonigal, grandmother, Rebecca McGonigal, Stepmother, Judy Carter, a niece, and uncles. She is survived by her seven children Wesley, Lily, Abby, Dylan, Remy, Rudy, Rozee and her father, Stephen, as well as many brothers and sisters and extended family. A memorial service for family and friends will be held on Sunday, May 15th, 2022 in Pocatello, Idaho. More information to follow.
