Ralph Vere Daniels
Ralph Vere Daniels, 76, of Payson, died Tuesday, March 2, 1993 at the home of his daughter in St. George.
He was born on September 17, 1916 in Garland, Utah, the son of Rollo Daniels and Grace Wass Daniels. He married Rita Stevenson on November 27, 1939 in Farmington, Utah. She passed away on May 3, 1992.
He was educated in Idaho schools and graduated from the University of Idaho in Pharmacology. He owned and operated a pharmacy in Payson for many years, and has worked for many other pharmacys. He was very active in the community. He loved Lake Powell, fishing and photography.
His survivors include one son and three. daughters: Richard and Linda Daniels, Naperville, Illinois; Mrs. Jim (Susan) Bee, St. George: Mrs. Elliott (JoLynn) Jordan, Springville; Mrs. Gary (Janna) Haynie, Wellesley, Massachusetts; 17 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Ken (Doris) Beeby, Tempe, Arizona; and Mrs. Tom (Helen) Edmark, Caldwell, Idaho. He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Geordie Spencer.
Memorial services will be Saturday, March 6, 1993 at 11 a.m. in the Payson East LDS 14th Ward Chapel, 75 S. 600 East, Payson. Friends may call at the chapel one hour prior to services . Services are under the direction of Walker Mortuary, Payson. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or the Shriners Hospital for children.
