MOON, ONA TOLMAN, December 15, 1925 – April 17, 2004

Ona Tolman Moon, 78, of Malad, Idaho, died on April 17, 2004 in Salt lake City, Utah. She was born December 15, 1925 in Honeyville, Utah, a daughter of Abinadi and Ellis Wirthlin Tolman. She married Verlin Moon on May 20, 1946 in Cherry Creek, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on April 8, 1949.

She is survived by her husband, Verlin Moon, Malad, ID; one son and four daughters: Loyd Verlin (Pam) Moon, Grace, ID; Jan (Thomas) Sollis, West Valley City, UT; Jeri (Robert) Broadhead, Malad, ID; Jill (Craig) Harding, St. George, UT; Judy (Alex) Linton, West Jordan, UT; 24 grandchildren and 23 great-great grandchildren. One brother and two sisters: LeRoy A. (Larue) Tolman, Brigham City, UT; Dawn Mills, Washington, UT; Ila (Frank) Jenson, Bear River City, UT.

She was preceded in death by an infant son, Boyd; son-in-law, Stanley J. Lott; brother-in-law, John G. Mills and brother-in-law Jack R. Morris.

Funeral services will be held April 21, 2004 at the Malad Fifth Ward, Malad, ID. Interment, Malad City Cemetery.
