Oliver Mitchell Funeral Wednesday
Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Malad Second LDS Ward for Oliver Mitchell, 64, who died March ?, 1959 at a Dillon, Montana hospital Sunday following a heart attack.
James A. Smith offered the family prayer.

Counselor Gordon Crowther officiated at the services. Thomas Burrows and Sam Williams offered prayers. Speakers were Jed Williams, who read the obituary; David L. Stone and Arthur Willie, Wesley Crowther played the relude and postlude. Vocal solos were sung by Jenkin Palmer and Bert O. Marble.

J. Guy Benson dedicated the grave.

Military rites were rendered by the Ernest W. Jones Post of the American Legion.

Flowers were carried by members of the Second Ward Relief Society. Casket bearers were Legionaires.

Interment was in the Malad City Cemetery directed by the Benson Funeral Home.

Mr. Mitchell was born July ?, 1894 in Logan, a son of William and Margaret Risenmay Mitchell. He was educated in Logan City schools and Daniels, Oneida County. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He married Belva Williams, March 1, 1922 in Malad. He was a farmer by occupation and lived in Malad until he moved to Dillon six years ago.

He is survived by his widow, two sons and one daughter, Calvin, Don and Isabell, all of Dillon; four grandchildren; one brother, John Mitchell, Salt Lake City, and one sister, Mrs. Jan Smith, Logan
